The bathrooms are poorly maintained. Towels and bathmat had yellow stains. The showerhead wasn't working!

Incredible location on the lake. Giraffes, hippos, warthogs, monkeys, and many birds on the lawn. (Guard required at night). History and conservation are prominent. Boat trips on lake and to Crescent Island easily arranged.
Standard room was disappointing. Shower stall leaking out to toilet area. One towel per person provided. Worn and chipped floors and walls. Poor storage for clothes. Slippery rag to wipe feet at door. Food good but expensive.
