Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande eines ruhigen Wohngebiets im Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Wohnbereiche sind aber klar voneinander getrennt. Gastgeberin Susanna ist super nett und hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. In die Altstadt von Wolframs-Eschenbach braucht man zu Fuß rund 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist modern und individuell eingerichtet mit teils antiken, aber zeitlos-stylischen Möbeln von Oma und nicht die nächste seelenlose "Ikea-Bude". Wirklich sehr charmant. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Grundlagen wie Kaffee, Öl, Essig, Salz etc. sind bereits vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war zudem herausragend. Trotz des anhaltend heißen Sommers und der Lage im Obergeschoss war die Wohnung angenehm kühl (< 25° C bei Außentemperaturen von 35° C). Als dreiköpfige Familie mit 5-jähriger Tochter sprechen wir eine klare Empfehlung aus.
Hier gibt es rein gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Große und hohe Räume, Wohnhaus ökologisch gebaut, fantasievoll und naturnah gestaltet, super ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Markengeräte, Wohnen in der Belle Etage. Kurzer Weg zum malerischen, mauerumfassten Wolfram-Eschenbach mit optimaler Gastronomie, Deutschordenskirche und -schloss sowie hervorragendem Eis am Wolfram-Eschenbach-Brunnen.

Der kleine Fuchs ist ein so liebevoll eingerichteter Ort an dem man sich ab der ersten Minute wohl fühlt. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht.
