gut / good :
- die Lage war für mich perfekt : nur 4,4 km von Wolframs-Eschenbach entfernt / the location was perfect for me : only 4.4 km from Wolframs-Eschenbach
- ruhige Lage / quiet location
- zwar im Keller, dafür aber kühle Temperatur / in the basement, but cool temperature
- Matratze und Bettdecke waren gut / mattress and comforter were good
schlecht / bad :
- die Mischerarmatur der Dusche ist älteren Datums - ich habe es nie fertig gebracht das Wasser an- oder abzustellen oder die Temperatur zu ändern ohne dass es pulsierende Schläge in der Wasserleitung gab - der Vermieter hatte davor schon gewarnt, da man so in der Nacht das ganze Haus aufwecken kann / die Mischerarmatur der Dusche ist älteren Datums - ich habe es nie fertig gebracht das Wasser an- oder abzustellen oder die Temperatur zu ändern ohne dass es pulsierende Schläge in der Wasserleitung gab - der Vermieter hatte davor schon gewarnt, da man so in der Nacht das ganze Haus aufwecken kann
- in Beschreibung ist nicht erwähnt, dass das Badezimmer "über den Gang" ist - Whg und Bad liegen zwar im Keller und grenzen aneinander an, aber dennoch besteht die Möglichkeit dass eine der 3 Parteien in den Keller oder Waschküche geht / the description does not mention that the bathroom is “across the hall” - the apartment and bathroom are in the basement and adjoin each other, but there is still the possibility that one of the 3 lots goes into the basement or laundry room

- das Bett mit seiner Stufe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - da es sich in der Nische befindet muss zuerst die Person an der Wand ins Bett steigen - die Metal-Umfassungen an Bettkante und zum Lattenrost hin sind morgens kalt und man bekommt dies zu spüren, da diese direkt mit den Oberschenkeln in Kontakt kommen, wenn man eine Short trägt / the bed with its step takes some getting used to - as it is in the alcove, the person on the wall has to climb into bed first - the metal surrounds on the edge of the bed and towards the slatted frame are cold in the morning and you can feel this as they come into direct contact with your thighs...
