Am avut parte de o ședere minunată în această casă superbă din Nea Potidea.
Casa este extrem de frumoasă, elegantă și foarte bine întreținută, iar dotările ne-au făcut șederea cât se poate de confortabilă. Am găsit absolut tot ce am avut nevoie, de la lucrurile esențiale până la micile detalii care fac diferența și te fac să te simți cu adevărat „acasă”.
Totul este amenajat cu mult bun gust și atenție, curățenia, iar atmosfera este una caldă și primitoare. Se vede că proprietarii au pus suflet în acest loc și s-au gândit la confortul oaspeților.
Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță vom păstra această cazare printre locurile în care ne-am întoarce cu drag. O recomandăm din toată inima

Really very good summer house with smart solutions and everything what you need to take a good rest. Three bedrooms with hard mattresses - for ones very good, for others not.
External shower is a really good solution, waternis warm enough , and reduces queue for inside shower ;). Kitchen is equipped with all you want. Air conditiion is brand new, working well but only in the living room, see more in disadv. A big terrace, great for breakfasts and .orning coffee. We didn't use an external grill. Close to local market, and Lidl if you prefer, but still you need a car. Simple way from the Makedonia airport. We also liked that many good restaurants are in around 30 minutes range by car.
And the main feature, really beautiful beach is 7 min away by car. You can also walk there, up to 30 min by foot, but not preferable.for us, especially after long day of swimming and sunbathing. Great wet wet bar on the beach, that you can get sunbeds for even a single order (except weekenfs, when minimal amount of order was 40 euro) .
Good contact with the owner with a single delay in answer, better maybe call the owner in any emergency case. Also appreaciated earlier check-in.
Clean house with clean garden, green nice lawn, flowers, trees. A nice additiin was a cat with small ones, we all love cats.
I truly recommend the place for any vacation time in Chalkidiki!
The most disadvantage for us was that the air conditioning device was only in living room. It worked well, even for bedrooms, but we had to keep bedrooms doors opened, so in this case we need to say a goodbye to the privacy.
And the one time issue, last night before return flight, and alarm device started to ring for about 30 seconds around midnight,and woke us up , and.we need to wake ip before 5 am. I assume it could be an one timer.

Будинок знаходиться у спокійному і гарному місці.Має три комфортні кімнати і вітальню.якщо потребуєте спокою і тиші то раджу цей будинок. Тераса дуже зручна.Море поруч пішки 20 хвилин а машиною 7 хвилин.Господар був завжди на звʼязку
Коли ми приїхали то зʼясувалось що кондиціонер несправний але нам швидко встановили новий☺️
