The accommodation was nice, it had everything you need for a longer stay, kitchen utensils, toiletries and everything else (washing machine, hairdryer and iron included). The owners were really kind, they were expecting us with a Greek salad an ouzo and were very helpful in providing instructions and recommendations. The house has AC, which was very useful including during the hot nights, and a front garden with olive trees, sun beds, outdoor table and outdoor shower. There is free parking in the yard, although a bit cramped, but still manageable even for a bigger car.
The only downside was that the house is close to a sort of a highway, but there wasn’t that much noise. The closest beach is 15 mins walking distance and there are no shops nearby, so you’ll need a car to drive to one of the neighbouring cities.
Overall, we enjoyed the accommodation, but the price for the what it offers wasn’t necessarily justified.

Дуже комфортний, чистий будиночок з власним оливковим садом. Зручні ліжка, велика ванна кімната, кухня з повноцінним наповненням. Додатковий літній душ в садочку. Гарний зручний гріль-піч у дворі. Чудовий небагатолюдний пляж через дорогу, біля готелю Potidea Palace, 10 хв пішки. По середам великий господарський ярмарок в Nea Moudania, де можна купити свіжі овочі, фрукти, рибу по дуже приємним цінам. Ввічливі гостинні господарі (родина), які завжди на зв'язку. Дуже вам вдячні за цей відпочинок. Місце, в яке обов'язково хочеться повернутися.
Трохи гучно від дороги, але це вже ніяк не залежить від господарів.

We had a comfortable 9 nights stay at the Olive Tree House. For 2 adults and 2 kids, the place was perfect. We loved having coffee in the morning on the terrace, and preparing a couple of times a freshly caught fish on the outside grill. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beach is 3 min by car, and about 17 min by foot, and it’s a lovely, sandy one, with lots of facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and kind.
It was all very good, nothing to complain about.
