Super communicative! House was awesome. Seems like they listed to another reviewer about box fans in some rooms which was great. Backyard area is amazing. Very clean overall.

House is generally very nice with pool area and gave room being great! However it is l Located on narrow river canal and major freeway, not a lakeside retreat as listed. Kitchen was inadequately stocked for house that sleeps 24. Limited towels, no oven pans etc. response from host was delayed and dismissive when concerns arose such as no propane in tank. Garbage was overflowing at curb with bugs when we arrived and bit picked up until last night if our stay. Customer service lacking for rental of this caliber.
