Tiki on the Bay is a small, inviting community located minutes from gulf front beaches, Historic Dearborn Street, and fantastic restaurants.
We are confident our completely updated 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home will fulfill all of your needs. As soon as you enter the property you will appreciate the tasteful design choices, and fully functional home.
Our kitchen is uniquely equipped with full size appliances which includes a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable dining area that seats 4.
The Primary bedroom is its own retreat with an inviting King size bed, a full-size closet, and your own private ensuite bath. The bifold glass shower doors help enlarge the sense of space in the fully tiled shower.
The Living room is bright and sunny and has views of the bay from the comfortable seating areas. There is also a half bath (private and separate from the primary bedroom), and a wall mounted smart TV.
To meet any laundry needs, there is a full size front load washer and dryer available at the unit.
You can gather with other residents/guests in the shared common areas or escape in privacy to your own spacious paver patio with outdoor seating, dining table and Weber grill.
Tiki on the Bay also offers an updated heated pool.
PLEASE NOTE...............Our waterfront area is being reconstructed after damages received from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Our assigned parking spot is right next to the Unit and guest parking spots are located throughout the property if needed.
Trailers are not allowed on the property at any time.

This place truly feels like a little dollhouse. Everything is thoughtfully designed and put together, with a modern style that still feels warm and cozy.The location is fantastic, tucked away at the end of a quiet community that opens onto a small beach-like shoreline on Lemon Bay. It's a lovely spot to relax, sunbathe, fish, or simply enjoy the view. If you're lucky, you might even spot manatees as we did.The house appears to be newly built or recently renovated, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. It's compact but perfectly sized for a couple. The community also has a nice pool, and the public beaches are only about a 10-minute drive away. As long as you have a car, getting around the area is easy.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with.We'll definitely be back.

Very clean tiny home in a beautiful setting on Lemon Bay.Upscale kitchen, comfie bed (if you're short tough to climb in and out of but ownersleave a footstool so manageable!)Streaming TV, laundry room and patio all a plus.

Kitchen was well equipped except for spices and k cups for the coffee maker. Property was just renovated and is very comfortable. The bed is awesome. Bathrooms have been renovated, but will warn they aren’t spacious. Is room to turn around. Just steps from a small beach on Lemon bay. A community area next to the beach includes a covered thatched hut, fire pit, and a table and chairs in several locations.

We had a great mini-vacation at the Dollhouse. Super friendly atmosphere and very quiet. Pool was wonderful. The king bed was super comfortable. The full size kitchen has an awesome refrigerator and besides the kitchen dining table there’s a nice patio area for dining. Everything was brand new and we really enjoyed the decor. Thanks for sharing your house!
