The Space:

Comfortable, open, and designed for easy group stays.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious main living area with room to spread out, relax, and spend time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home, and the dining area overlooks the lake—so even dinner comes with a view.
There’s also a small office space if work absolutely has to happen.
Three bedrooms across two upstairs areas comfortably sleep up to eight guests, giving your group privacy without feeling disconnected.

The standout room of the house.
The private primary suite includes its own bathroom and a personal deck overlooking Lake Erie. It’s the perfect spot to sneak away with your morning coffee or enjoy a quiet moment at sunset.
Fair warning: once you claim this room, you may not want to leave it.

This is where the property shines.
The oversized deck is the centerpiece of the home, offering plenty of seating for everyone plus wide-open lake views. Fire up the grill, gather around the gas fire table, or simply sit back and watch the sun go down.
The side yard offers extra green space for lounging, yard games, or soaking up the sun.

You’ll be less than two miles from the Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, giving you quick access to restaurants, arcades, entertainment, wineries, and local attractions.
Beach access is nearby, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline whenever you’d like.

Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You will have access to the entire property and won't see us unless you need something!

The location and the house itself is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC…The walk to the water has a steep incline (difficult for older people). The picnic table, located closer to the water, had weeds growing up through, and around it. One of the rockers on the main deck was broken, as was the table umbrella. There was, (what appeared to be) two different blink cameras aimed toward the sitting area…Didn’t like the idea of being watched while lounging on the deck. Cell service was spotty in the house (had several calls drop), and was unable to watch any of the TV’s (kept getting various messages, (such as needing a passcode, or no signal). Contacted Mark, who was very quick to answer, and told him the issues that we were having. He suggested that we unplug the TV and plug it back in, which we did. We were still unable to utilize the TV’s. Had the same issue with the fireplace in the master. It wouldn’t work. Mark had batteries delivered (hoping that was the issue), but the batteries arrived after we’d already gone to bed for the night, and our trip was over the next morning. I was asked for my feedback, so it only seems fair that I give it. By nature, I am an optimistic person, but my takeaway regarding the property, it feels uncared for in the way that some of the furniture is really worn, the deck isn’t treated, and neither is the outdoor furniture…Maybe less time should be spent on renting out the property and more time repairing and cleaning it…

Everything was perfect. One thing I would mention is the rug by kitchen sink had curled edges that tripping, but solved the problem by putting the rug in the office out of the way. Other than that it couldn't be cleaner. And the host was easy to converse with. Will be going back.
