Heated pool. Private Beach. BBQ area with gas grills. Free Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from. Beach towels included.
Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. Coin operated laundry in the tower buildings. Villas have washers and dryers in the garage.

Everything was really good. We did have a problem with ants. Also the master bedroom ceiling fan glass globe was broken and one dresser drawer was broken. To be honest are biggest pet pevy was all the threat of fines if you left more than 3 towels beach and shower towels dirty or if you left food. Sometimes we leave perfectly good food for the housekeepers. Also a fine if we didn’t clean all the dishes and put them away. Every other place we have stayed you just needed to run the dishwasher and cleaners put the dishes away. We had 404N also and they had no threat of fines.

THE VIEW OF THE BEACH AND OCEAN FROM THE LIVING ROOM AND DECK WAS AWESOME! WE LOVED THE LOCATION TO WALK OUT TO THE BEACH FROM OUR CONDO.
THE KITCHEN NEEDS SOME WORK. BROKEN TILE BY DISHWASHER, GREASE AROUND CABINET DOORS ON THE INSIDE AND THE MATS AND SHELF PAPER NEED TO BE REPLACED AS THEY LOOK DIRTY. THE REST OF THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AND FUNCTIONED WELL.
