Hello rental of our house located on a plot of 2000 m2 between Annecy (15 min) and Aix les bains (15 min).

The house consists of:
- a large living room kitchen of +70 m2 fully equipped with a large sofa.
- a small living room .
- 3 bedrooms each equipped with a shower room and sink, 1 on the first floor and 2 upstairs.
-1 toilet per level.
-1 mezzanine with a relaxation net.
-1 large terrace on 2 levels of 120 m2
With swimming pool (alarm), garden furniture, dining table, high-end American pellet barbecue, 2 awnings, 1 parasol, 2 deckchairs ...
- 1 petanque court.
- 1 ping-pong table.
- 1 large private parking lot with electric car charging socket.

The House is located in the small village of blackberries, quiet and bucolic environment, old house completely rehabilitated internally and with all comforts.

Renovation work on the façade is planned, don't be surprised when you arrive... the house is currently a real kinder surprise 😄...

2 paddle board possible.
City bike rentable a few steps away...
