Do not book this place, it seems to me like it’s a scam!

Nothing because we didn’t stay there! We got told there was no electric or water for our stay the night before we flew out from the uk, that we could still stay there or cancel! How can we stay with no water or electricity? This was all because we read all the recent 1 star reviews and when I started asking them questions and asking for photos they sent us this message regarding no electricity and water! It seems like a scam to me, we booked a 3 bedroom for a party of 7 to be told they could find us alternative accommodation of a 2 bedroom, how can we sleep 7 people in a 2 bedroom that’s why we booked a 3 bedroom with a lounge sofa bed!

I’ve complained to booking but nothing seems to be done about it so more people will be scammed!

DO NOT RECOMMEND — Very Poor Condition and Very Disappointing

nothing

DO NOT RECOMMEND-Very Disappointing and Serious Issues This was a family vacation, and we booked 5 rooms at this property. 1 through Agoda and 4 through Booking.com. Our stays were for different periods, from 14 nights to 18 nights. We booked 2 two-bedroom rooms, 1 Family Room, and 1 Deluxe Apartment because we were traveling as a family and needed suitable accommodation for a long stay. Unfortunately, the property's condition was very disappointing. The rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained, with a strong smell of urine, blocked shower drains, damaged walls, signs of moisture, and old, poorly maintained furniture. One room also had a serious key card problem and locked the guest out twice. We reported all these problems, but they were not fixed. There was very little effort, if any, from the property to help us. Since we were staying for a long period with the whole family, finding another suitable accommodation for 14–18 nights was not easy, so we had to continue our stay despite the problems. But one guest decided to leave after just one night and moved to another hotel. Instead of helping with the refund, we were told to deal with Booking.com. The property host, Rakib, told us to contact his manager. His manager then referred us to another contact, who did not even know about the issue and simply asked us to send a message. We were passed from one person to another, with no real solution or proper assistance. It felt like they were just passing us around instead of addressing the problem. This is very serious, especially when guests are staying for 14–18 nights and have paid for multiple rooms. We have photos and videos documenting the problems. Definitely not worth the money. We strongly recommend avoiding this property.
