The hotel added an extra bed for our guest for free. Pool was lovely. Location was brilliant. Staff were helpful. Clean and smart apartment. Well stocked with toiletries and tea and coffee.
Double bedroom was tiny and had no storage whatsoever. We loved out of our bags for the week.

Great location just next to the Petronas towers.
2 buildings connected with 3 pools. Great views across KL. Air con was great for the hot weather.
Very helpful concierge to help book transport etc.
Not much hot water for showers in the building.

Other than the location, nothing is great about this place.
Spacious house which is good for family.
Leaking bath tub, poor sound proof where whole night can hear the washing machine noise from unit next door.
Inflexible deposit payment with only cash option given, with as high as RM200 deposit.
Rude staff with poor communication skills- who sent me early message just to tell me I haven’t paid them RM10 tourist tax given the fact that my RM200 deposit is still with them.
Use WA to send long message expecting customers to read through all messages at one go on the same day.
Thinking that since they have informed the customers, they reserve all the rights.
The so call KLCC view is blocked by other properties, and not able to have a clear view of twin towers.
