This was my second stay at Royce Residence KLCC, and once again the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
Upon arrival, the staff at the building reception take a photograph of your passport, after which you proceed to the 51st floor, where Collective Haus has its own reception desk for the apartments.
The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would particularly like to mention Ms. Mai Mai, who handled our check-in very professionally and was extremely helpful throughout the process.
The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, within close proximity to the Petronas Twin Towers.
The swimming pool is located on the 51st floor and offers an impressive view of the Twin Towers, making it one of the highlights of the property.
Housekeeping services are available from the morning until approximately 7:00 p.m., and guests can conveniently request anything they need through the property's WhatsApp number.
Another very useful feature is the luggage weighing scale at the reception on the 51st floor, which allows guests to check the weight of their suitcases before travelling to the airport.
There is also a grocery store directly opposite the building.
I noticed that some previous reviews mentioned problems with the elevators. Personally, I did not experience any major elevator issues during my stay.
There can occasionally be some waiting during busy periods, but in my opinion this is relatively normal for a high-rise residential building of this size. There are approximately four or five elevators serving the building.
Overall, based on my own experience, the elevator situation was not a significant problem.
