It is a nice spacious apartment in a modern house, with a convenient location. All major equipment is provided, including enough storage room in a wardrobe, and the interior looks very pleasant, also owing to a wooden floor in the living part.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a limited maintenance, so a number of more or less minor things did not work at all, or only approximately, such as the door lock from the bathroom which kept falling, light above the washbasin which was broken as was the toilet paper holder, the tap in the kitchenette which was extremely shaky, the rod for inclining one of the window sunblinds which was missing, etc. As for the kitchenette equipment, only the minimum of dishes and utensils were provided. The frying pan was quite small and scratched all over its surface, and no dish towel was available. - Also, there is quite some traffic on the nearby road, so the place is not really quiet, even with the windows closed.

Easy access to public transport.
Street noise at night when we had the windows open.
