location was great, really central, clean, stores nearby, hosts very responsive

Location; general ambience - grand Viennese apartment building conveniently located for museums, trams, u-bahn etc. Quiet despite reataurant across the road. Masses of bars/restaurants in the vicinity catering to all food styles and budgets including super-posh at the Brasserie at Sans Souci within 5 minutes walk. 2 local stores for food buying. Washing machine and air dryer.
Lack of food preparation space. Sold as self-catering but needs more kitchen food prep space to meet self-catering standards. Walls could do with repainting, lots of scuff marks which show up on white paint.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Lage ist schlicht unschlagbar: In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Wiener Innenstadt, die Museumslandschaft, das Volkstheater und die Mariahilfer Straße – eine der schönsten Einkaufsmeilen der Stadt. Wer Wien erkunden möchte, braucht hier kein Taxi, kein Auto – einfach rausgehen und genießen.
Dazu kommt eine perfekte Nahversorgung: Der nächste Supermarkt liegt buchstäblich um die Ecke, was den Alltag enorm erleichtert. Kurz gesagt: Diese Unterkunft ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen unvergesslichen Wien-Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Emplacement parfait, appartement spacieux et propre.
La cuisine est assez fonctionnelle.
Chauffage au top.
Canapé tres abîmé et pas confortable.
Lit très moyen.
Lave linge mais pas de liquide pour faire une machine.
