What a wonderful escape! The resort was very well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nicely remodeled. The cookies in the lobby were delicious. Pools were clean and water was a great temperature. The staff definitely works hard and took pride in doing their very best.
The ice machines couldn’t seem to keep up with the demand of the guests. The floor of our room got a bit sandy, and it would have been nice to have a dustpan and brush to clean that up a bit. The hot tub was out of service during our stay, not a big deal, but we would have liked to have been able to use it.

Location was private, easy access from Highway. staff was very friendly. Restaurants in the resort were excellent (little pricie), but you are paying for convinience). Great view from room in the morning. during our stay, we had the beach all to ourselves.
Hotel charged me an additional 84.75 to actually give me the room I booked through Booking.com, even through the room description was the same. I paid it because I wanted the sea view as I originally paid for. Called it an upgrade.

Dog friendly.
Nice location. Private beach, water activities, restaurants, and coffee shop on site.
Beach side food and beverage service was excellent.
AM staff at the desk were wonderful and helpful and gave us some extra time for check-out as a courtesy.
Paid extra for the "Balcony with Sea View" but received a view of the gutter and rooftop even after asking for a room change. There was plenty of vacancy in August, yet we still received a substandard room.
Parking fee is in addition to the $45 Resort Fee.

Responded to early check in request after we had already checked out
Never responded to first floor room request. Booked us in second floor room. Changed room and changed $50 more. When questioned said it was for activity fee. However fee was already added to our booking fees. Staff seemed to care less.
