Lovely clean apartment but not for everyone.

It was very clean. The beds were comfy and three bathrooms

When we arrived we did not have any hot water. The boiler showed an error and after resetting it worked, however this kept reoccurring through the stay. The actual location during the day is ok but at night there are a lot of party goers walking along the street. The apartment is at ground level and the from door leads directly on to the lounge. Also 2 bedrooms face the street and the window insulation is minimal, meaning we heard everything. Everyone’s conversations, arguments etc. On a number of occasions we had people almost passed out on the front door step not wanting to move. When I spoke to the owner, I was told that as they did not cause any physical harm or try and break in there was nothing that could be done. The street is advertised as lively and the owners indicated that this behavior was normal. Sleep was short as the street quietened around 03:00 and roadworks started at 07:00. I would not go back again.

Le lieu est très joli, bien décoré, confortable et possède tous les équipements nécessaires.

Comme le logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée. La rue est sale et très bruyante. Même pendant la nuit. Le logement reste très illuminé même la nuit.

El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones y 3 baños completos y es cómodo

A pesar de la cercanía al centro la calle en la que se encuentra da miedo. Sales y te encuentras a gente drogándose a 2 metros de la puerta. Por la noche mucho jaleo, peleas y no se puede descansar bien ya las habitaciones dan a la misma calle y no está bien insonorizado
