If we hadn't booked the company taxi transfer I'm not sure how easy it would have been to collect and return the keys especially arriving late at night.
The views from the balcony were great. The swimming pool nice and refreshing and kept clean - pool towels would have been a bonus.
We didn't cook in the apartment but it seemed to have everything you would need.
The bed. Luckily it folded away during the day otherwise it would have been a struggle to exit the apartment. It was a small bed and not amazingly comfortable. The two pillows were truly awful and flat. I would suggest new ones or even additional ones for guests.
The air con unit on the balcony threw out so much heat you couldn't sit near it.

Very well fitted small apartment. Lots of storage. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. Parking space. Beautiful view over Nice and the sea. Comfortable bed.
Missing a cork screw. Folding away the bed - but it did make it easier to open the door 🤓

One air conditioner dripped water and TV kept losing connection to internet
