Very clean, good location
Tv, the sound couldn’t be adjusted.

Everything was great. Came several time to this place. Got upgraded one time. Staff is lovely.
For the only place for improvement would be an access to a laundry machine. They have a laundry service but I never use laundry service anywhere. It’s just not for me.

Luggage storage space, staff on hand to sort issues. The bed was comfy
We weren’t give the room we booked when we checked in. They said it was having maintenance, we were not told about this before checking in. They put us in a much smaller room. They fixed the issue the next day by putting us in a better room. Both rooms weren’t the cleanest, the floor was dirty and didn’t look like it had been swept. The fridges were dirty in both. Hairs in the bed. Towels weren’t in the best condition.
