Room was mostly clean, good air con & wifi
Lots of mosquitoes in room when arrived however did clear with repellent, and cigarette under bed. We were charged €15 over what was shown on booking.com. The location wasn’t as good as other reviews made out, quite a walk up the hill and no street lights which made tuktuks quite costly in the evenings. Lots of gaps around the door which meant we could smell people smoking on the porch during the night (our door lock also broke but was replaced with a padlock) - this would all have been overlooked if the accommodation was much cheaper
