The flat was spacious, equipped with almost everything I needed. Not luxury, but functional. There was also a large balcony. Among other things, there was a very comfy armchair, adjustable to a reclining position. A parking authorisation paper (to put in a car) was prepared on the table. Parking was possible in the backyard, where there was always enough parking space.
I missed a microwave oven.
Several items would require a little maintenance. Yet, everything was usable.
Although there were thermostatic heads on the radiators, the heating was quite limited. The host set a 19° C policy, which might not suit anybody.

Good location. The possibility of use the washing machine and drier in a long stay.
Cleaning policy. I've spend 3 weeks without any cleaning. I've been told after the first week that cleaning is a guest responsibility. I can understand this for 2-5 nights stay, but never for 3 weeks. At least once a week should have been done.
