Initially had a misunderstanding with the property managers over an unexpected bond requirement which they quickly & professionally dealt with in a clear open manner. This is something that seems to be lacking in a lot of businesses these days & was refreshing to experience (well done to the management team). The property is located in an older building which is clean & tidy in the common areas. The apartment was absolutely spotless, again very well done to the management team. It was also very well appointed with everything one could need for a short or longer stay. Location is Maroubra so perfect for any Sydney visit. Onsite parking is a huge bonus because if this wasn’t available it can be difficult to park close by (in the summer parking if not provided would be near impossible).
Minor issue with the aircon not getting warm enough for us, however it was extremely cold during our stay (9° feels like 6° one day).
