The location is unbeatable. The flat itself was remodeled within the last 5 years, I would say. It’s a corner unit with three large, high windows. The kitchen is like new. It has two full bathrooms. There’s enough seating for 4 people comfortably. Wi-Fi is excellent. The bed comforters are nice as well, but the pillows feel cheap and there’s only one per person. The flat has one A/C unit which was enough for us- we had high 20C’s the first few days and then it cooled down so the A/C was no longer needed.
There are two full bathrooms though one of them only has a tub which is somewhat not super useful. The downstairs bathroom needs a major re-caulk in the shower area. Everything is fairly new but you can tell it’s a busy unit and the wear and tear is visible. The mattresses also could use an update- there are noticeable indentations on all of them. The upstairs bed really is not for two people- the bed is against the wall and it feels kind of claustrophobic on that side. There’s also no real usable clothes storage upstairs besides a very shaky, cheap clothes rack for hanging clothes. There’s basically nowhere to put your folding clothes or enough floor space to leave it inside the suitcase.
Getting into the flat is a bit of a doozie also: first you need a code to get in the building; then you need a key to get into the atrium. From there you have to key your way through 3 more doors: so all in all there are 4 keys to use at all times. They also only give you one full set of keys so there’s a bit of coordination going on when you have 4 people using the place.
I think the nightly cost was justified when the place was new and super clean, but it seems a bit overpriced now.

Excelente ubicacion, muy centrico y tienes estacion de metro a menos de una cuadra, el plus del estacionamiento vale mucho, tiene asensor y muchas tiendas bellas abajo. El apartamento muy bien decorado y con todos los servicios, cocina equipada.
No hay espacio para poner las maletas,
