Viajamos em setembro e estivemos 3 noites neste apartamento. O quarto é óptimo. Cama 5 estrelas, limpeza e comodidades. Um pequeno refúgio da confusão da cidade. Embora a rua e zona sejam feias não tivemos problemas de segurança ou sentimos QQ hostilidade.
Talvez a localização seja um ponto menos bom mas não senti que afetasse.

We stayed for 5 nights in the Harmony apartment and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It is also well equipped with a mini fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer, and a smart TV. Hot water was always available, and the common area on the 4th floor is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, iron, which was very convenient during our stay.
The hosts, Victoria and Panos, were exceptionally responsive and genuinely eager to help whenever an issue arose. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit they brought and the complimentary coffee machine with a variety of capsules available for guests.
The location is convenient for exploring Athens. It is about a 12-minute walk from Monastiraki Metro Station (with a direct connection to the airport) and around 25 minutes from the Acropolis. Several excellent and historic restaurants are within walking distance 5-10 min, including Klimataria, Karamanlidika, Stani, and Krinos. While the neighborhood feel a bit rough around the edges with mainly asian businesses, we generally felt safe during our stay.
There are a few things worth noting for future guests. The apartment faces a main road, and the windows do not block outside noise, so earplugs are highly recommended. The double bed consists of two single mattresses pushed together, which did not bother us personally but may be important for some travelers. Housekeeping was provided once during our 5-night stay, which we found reasonable.
Unfortunately, during our visit there were renovation works taking place in another accommodation above the apartment, resulting in construction noise during the day. We understand this was outside the hosts’ control, but we would have appreciated being informed in advance. We also experienced a temporary power outage affecting the floor and, on the following day, some difficulties accessing the building due to a system issue related to the outage.
