Everything about this accommodation was amazing - I‘ve hardly ever been that excited about a place. It was absolutely gorgeous, included all that was needed (including a nicely kitted out kitchen), was very clean and comfortable and is in a fantastic location for the Jervis Bay area. It has heating and aircon both upstairs and downstairs. Outside has a beautiful jetty, a firepit, BBQ and vegetable gardens.
Plus the hosts are fantastic, prompt and kind communication.
I couldn‘t just move in ;)

Nice and quite
The light for the second room is located outside the room, so it’s not possible to turn it on or off from inside; having a light inside would be much more convenient.
The sofas downstairs are not comfortable; they look worn out. When you sit on them, the cushions move around and fall off, and it’s not pleasant to sit for long. The small table between the two couches also needs a glass top because anything you put on it slips or falls; it’s not stable.
The outdoor table was quite dirty, and on cold or rainy days it can’t really be used, so eating inside is the only option; but there’s no proper dining table inside. Replacing one of the couches with a table would make the space much more practical.
Also, a tall pot suitable for cooking pasta for about four people would be ideal.
