Accessibility
The property locked up and never told the guests how to arrive and depart the facility. We had a lady knocking on our door at 5.30 in the morning asking how she got breakfast and how to get out of the room area as the door was locked leading to the reception area. We also had to just throw our key and gate opener over the fence when leaving at 7 as no staff were around to assist. The doors to the rooms are so thin that the wondering lady woke us all up talking in the passage which was a long echoing chamber.
