I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to assist with any queries.
There was only a Expresso machine in the room for coffee. Would have liked a kettle to make some tea and to fill my hot water bottle. The fridge outside was set to very cold so it froze my yoghurt that I put into the fridge. It would be nice if the room had its own bar fridge.

Easy access to most amneties. Clean and friendly staff. Excellent food.
Was there during winter, although there was an aircon, it was really cold. A mat in the room would help and a extra warm blanket. Also there was no headboard in the room so leaning against the wall also contributed to the cold. The hotel is also next to the main road so it does get noisy at night. Would appreciate if they also write if your room is upstairs or not, i might have missed that. For someone with a fear of heights, it took quite a bit for me to get up and down the stairs. The desk is quite small as well and it was difficult to work on it so I had to do work in bed.

Very clean and well prepared, with warm washed bath towels galore to fully packed coffee station and kitchen! Not to mention the well kept pool!
