I booked the place at the very last second, and I am really happy the host could accommodate it.
The house is reachable from the airport on foot, in about 20 minutes. So, it is doable, maybe not recommended to walk like a lunatic alongside the road. I walked no problem.
I did panic when I booked it for the same night and got the message that they would welcome me tomorrow(!). However, the host was great in managing this situation, she could pick up the call, spoke very good English, and provided all the instructions how to enter the facilities.
The apartment was huge, and very clean. It has a kitchen, multiple beds, the instructions are all very easy.
There are places with good breakfast in close proximity.
It would be extremely comfortable for up to 4 people. 5 or 6 means that somebody would need to sleep in the main room(that includes all the appliances and the door opens directly at that room) on a sofa-bed, I don't know how comfortable that would be. It would be noisier as well since it faces the road. Keep that in mind if this is your preference.
Showers work well, toilers are all fine. There are towels. I did not need WiFi, so can't comment on that.
Don't scare your guests that the room is booked a day after pls :) We are already stressed because of some flights issues

The location of the property was great as it was just around the corner from the airport, made our departure in the morning much easier. The property host was helpful and answered our questions swiftly. Multiple people said the check-in was confusing but it was very simple and easy.
There was mould on the overhead shower, the A/C did not work. This was surprising as multiple people have mentioned about this issue and it was still not fixed. The property host sent multiple emails telling us to check in when we already had. The toilet roll was hidden in the drawers under the sink for some reason, the shower gel and hair wash was in a tacky bottle. For the money that we paid we expected better standards.
