Very well located for the airport in a nice area. We were able to walk there directly and Osvaldo was incredibly welcoming / helpful.

The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity down to the finest detail. The apartment truly feels like a home away from home, offering a calm, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere. For people who drive, there is a free parking spot.
The host is incredibly friendly, responsive, and supportive. He takes the time to answer any questions thoroughly and patiently, providing detailed information and helpful recommendations whenever needed.
There is a bus going to Venice city center, which makes it easy to commute between the apartment and Venice.
I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.
I wouldn't say this is a major drawback, but just something to keep in mind during the peak summer months. When temperatures are high, the walk from the apartment to the bus station can feel a bit uncomfortable also no shade for the bus station. So it’s a good idea to take an umbrella to get a proper shelter from the sun.
