About this house rental
Welcome to The Jerome House.
We've hosted families here for five years, and we've learned what makes a stay easy: comfortable beds, a kitchen you can actually cook in, laundry when you need it, and a host who answers right away.
The house
Three bedrooms and two full baths, comfortable for six. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two each have a full bed along with a desk and lamp — handy if you need to get a little work done while you're here.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a Keurig for the mornings. There's a washer and dryer in the house, which makes a real difference on longer stays. The living room has a big TV with Netflix, and we keep a shelf of board games for the evenings. Snacks and coffee pods are on us.
Outside
The backyard is private, with outdoor seating already set up. It's a nice spot to sit once the sun goes down. Parking is free in our driveway — no permits, no street hunting.
Your dog is welcome here. A lot of our guests travel with theirs, and we're glad to have them.
Getting around
We're in Mesa, right on the Gilbert line. Downtown Gilbert is about five minutes away — good restaurants, coffee shops, and a walkable few blocks worth an evening. Old Whiskey Row and Culinary Dropout are both there.
Freeway access is close, which puts Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler each about fifteen minutes out. Spring training ballparks, hiking, and both airports are all straightforward drives.
A few practical notes
Check-in and checkout are fully automated, so arrive whenever your travel day allows. We're flexible on timing — just ask.
The garage isn't available to guests, but the rest of the house and the backyard are all yours.
This is a quiet residential street rather than a resort. Neighbors have dogs, and a few neighborhood cats wander through. The yard is serviced on a regular rotation. We'd rather mention it up front.
We're quick to respond — usually within the hour. If anything comes up during your stay, just message us.
