One of the highlights was the fantastic hot tub on the balcony, which offers stunning views of the private ponds, Shadow Mountain lake all set against the backdrop of the gorgeous mountains. Being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park was a major plus, providing easy access to breathtaking scenery and outdoor activities. We booked a snowmobile tour and got to capture amazing vistas. We also took a short drive to Granby Ranch ski resort, about 30 minutes away, which is fantastic for first-time skiers and families with kids. My boys had their first skiing experience there, and thanks to the amazing ski school, they absolutely loved it. The spacious primary bedroom is on the main, upper level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom with soaker tub. This large bedroom also features a queen-sized sleeper sofa as well a twin mattress and frame that is stored in the closet and available for use. The main floor accommodates two more guests on the full-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. The mid level accommodates another five guests in two secondary bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. A separate lounge area that includes a full-size daybed with twin pullout trundle, as well as a television. The two bedrooms on this level of the home share a full bathroom with a shower. This level of the home can be closed off, providing extra privacy. This is a family-friendly home, we provide a Pack ‘n Play, outlet covers, baby gate, and other family-friendly items. We are also dog-friendly, as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. One pet 50 pounds or less is allowed. Free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking in town. Other things to note By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. One dog is allowed. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee. We require a signed Guest Agreement after booking.
