The property itself was super clean and modern. However, the location and building complex were not great at all, and actually below standard. The complex appeared to be undergoing a lot of renovation or some kind of remediation, which was unsightly, and is no fault of the owner, nor the condition of the surrounding neighborhood. But it would be helpful to let potential customers be aware of the current conditions of the complex so they can make a more informed choice about staying there or not.

Absolutely perfect! I read the reviews. And am sorry to see that people blame the location for the people that are out on the streets. I was never uncomfortable. Traveling solo as a 60 woman - and still felt completely safe. Thank you for providing such a perfect stay for my time in Austin. I will definitely stay here again!!!!!

Inside the condo was pretty much perfect. Just myself and my girlfriend stayed and it was fun to pull out the couch to watch TV. Everything was clean and Tam communicated very swiftly about the few questions we had. It was my fault for not reading the reviews about the location, but the rest of the complex is pretty run down and under construction, and the back gate is always open. Our first night coming back to the condo there were quite a lot of men hanging out near the entrance which was rather alarming for two women traveling alone. Nothing happened during the course of our 3 night stay, we just didn’t go out walking at night or use the pool, and minded our business. The only other small thing was that the last night of our stay, the dryer started beeping intermittently around 1am and nothing I did worked to stop it until it eventually stopped on its own. The proximity to the city and the amenities are very nice, just wish I had read the reviews about the location since I don’t love contributing to gentrification.
