Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The home also includes a cozy balcony off the living room area and a large patio area on the first floor, which is great for entertaining. Oceanside is a unique surf town with vibrant nightlife, art, live music, breweries, dancing, and delicious food very nearby. Extra benefits of this home include air conditioning and an oversized 2-car garage. The master suite has a comfortable king-size bed, ensuite with shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another ensuite with a tub/shower combo and walk-in closet. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. The main level bedroom has a full-size bed. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large dining table for family meals. **31-night minimum. For military guests, access to Camp Pendleton is less than 8 minutes from the house.** Price is subject to change and seasonal. All tenants must comply with HOA CCRs.
