Other things to note
This house is divided into two units, A and B. Unit A is on the first floor, it has few steps up to the door and you can enter and exit from 60th Street.

Cars can park on the street(limited space), Unit B is located in the semi-basement of the house.

Entrance to Unit B can be seen from the backyard.

There’s no smoking in the house, please smoke outside.
