About this house rental
This impressive, spacious and modern holiday home is located in one of Taupos most desirable areas. Walking distance to the lake and only a 7 minute drive into Taupo town centre – it makes for the ideal holiday spot. The hot tub, BBQ, covered entertaining area and fully fenced yard create the perfect setting for family and friends to unwind after a day at the lake.
Inside this beautifully-presented home you will find 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, a large modern kitchen, heat-pump, gas fireplace, air-conditioning, WIFI, SKY TV, and internal double garage. Two of the bedrooms even get a glimpse of the lake.
Once you arrive, you won’t ever want to leave.
Please note – the outdoor fireplace is unable to be used.

Upstairs
Bedroom 1: 1x King
Bedroom 2: 1x King
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen
Downstairs
Bedroom 4: 1x King Single + 1x Single Roll-away bed.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – We are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.

A short stay in Taupō was greatly assisted with our lovely stay at Rise and Shine. This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as we remembered. Comfortable with all the amenities of home, and only a short drive to Taupo. Thank you
