Welcome to this charming 2-Bed/1.5-Bath Mid-Century entire house in Ormond-by-the-Sea Florida, just a 2-minute walk to Ormond Beach for fun, relaxation, and beautiful Sunrises. Offering 3 comfortable memory foam platform beds, Full Bath with tub/shower combo, plus a utility Half Bath. Large living room with 4 theater seating recliners. Fully equipped Kitchen, Laundry, private driveway, Carport, front patio, and Outdoor Shower with hot water. Also, enjoy a 7-minute walk to the Halifax River at the other end of our street with a private community dock for fishing, kayaking, and gorgeous Sunsets, etc. Just a 5-minute drive to Publix grocery, shops, dining, parks, playgrounds; and an easy 12-minute drive down A1A to neighboring Daytona Beach. Enjoy daily spectacular ocean sunrises and gorgeous river sunsets, all while relaxing in peace on a friendly, quiet street and town. Come treat yourself to a vacation of sunshine, ocean breezes & relaxation!

The home is stocked with everything you need! Plenty of fresh bed linens, bath towels and accessories. hand soaps, 2 ironing boards, hair dryer. Baby highchair, baby bath.
The private parking carport and driveway for up to four vehicles.
A restful night's sleep awaits you! This house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. First bedroom has a Queen-size memory foam platform bed, a 32" wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV, dresser and closet space. Second bedroom has 2 Full-size memory foam platform beds, dresser and closet space.
Large living room has four theater style seating recliners with USB charging, one stand-alone recliner with USB charging, a 65" wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV, free AT&T Fiber Optics Wi-Fi for 300 Mbps speed Internet access for streaming HD content and online gaming without issue, and is sufficient for working from home, video conferencing, and connecting multiple devices. The living room also includes board games for your entertainment.
Enjoy relaxing morning coffee in the fully stocked kitchen and separate dining room with table and 4 chairs. Kitchen amenities include a blender, toaster, traditional coffee maker and Keurig with assortment of K-cup coffees. TV tray tables also provided.
Laundry room with new full-size Samsung washer and dryer with detergents and laundry supplies.
Outdoor storage building with beach chairs, toys, and accessories. BBQ grill with propane tank.
