Welcome to my home! Our home provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to nature and urban amenities. Whether guests seek to explore the natural beauty of Killiney Hill Park, enjoy dining experiences, indulge in retail therapy, or venture into Dublin's city centre, our home is an ideal base for relaxation and exploration. Guests will enjoy the stunning sea views, and the property is within walking distance of nearby beaches, parks, and a tennis/bowling club, so guests will have plenty to do! Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a luxury seating area and a large dining table where you can dine with your loved one. The living and dining areas are adorned with large windows inviting abundant natural light to illuminate the room. This airy and interconnected layout also offers direct access to a beautifully furnished garden terrace, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has an XL king-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, and the fourth has two single beds; all beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note the bedrooms are not based on the ground floor and there is a toilet on the ground floor. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Shankill is a charming and well-established residential area that offers a peaceful and family-friendly environment. Shankill enjoys a convenient location, situated between the bustling city of Dublin and the beautiful coastline of County Wicklow. It provides residents with the best of both worlds, with easy access to urban amenities and the tranquillity of nature. The neighbourhood is characterized by its leafy streets, well-maintained homes, and a strong sense of community. It is known for its family-oriented atmosphere, making it an appealing choice for those looking for a safe and welcoming place to live. Shankill offers a range of amenities to cater to residents' needs. The nearby Shankill Village provides essential services such as shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Additionally, the area has several schools, sports facilities, and parks, ensuring a high quality of life for families. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Shankill, is just an 8-minute walk. Dublin Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
