Check in difficult, expensive for some features

Check in was not easy. Left out in the rain whilst trying to call the given number a few times. First couple of attempts went to voicemail, but the message book was full so couldn't leave a message. Then when we did get through, the person on the phone couldn't understand us, and we couldn't understand them! Most communications were handled by an AI chat agent in the run up. Finally someone did come on the phone and we gained access. Not the experience we expected for a the premium price we paid. Also there were additional costs for early check-in, check-out and parking. Accommodation itself was clean, tidy and comfortable. No coffee available however, despite the AI chat agent saying it was. There was a coffee machine but not even one coffee pod available, potentially between 4 guests!!

Perfect for a visit to Hove park.

Great location for Hove Park. Very spacious. Beds were very comfy. Loved that the windows opened fully. Clean.

Checking in instructions could have been clearer, but great telephone support.! Could not connect to WIFI and telephone support did not resolve the issue. I could therefore complete a very limited amount of work. WIFI joining over complicated.

Good location very clean comfortable everything was fine

No fan. Bed was too small not enough for 2 adults.The whole family couldn’t sleep because of the train noise, which continued 24 hours a day.”
