Loved the location and its proximity to SM City Cabanatuan. Also there was a nearby 7-11 where we could buy all the things we needed.
There was hardly any sari-sari store nearby or karinderya which would have allowed us to buy homecooked meals instead of eating in Jollibee or Chowking or the other fast-food stores. We stayed for 9 days so it would have been nicer if there were small stores and eateries nearby

No facility on the phone to talk to my children assigned in a different room number. Front desk said not allowed for privacy???

Location is good.
The staffs are rude. I was standing in the reception for 30minutes no one is minding me.
I told them I reserved my booking via app and asked me to wait another 30minutes to “update the system”. The staffs are not polite. There were 4-5 of them in the reception, they were only focused on guests who had no reservation (walk ins) very disappointed
