Proximité du parc Monceau et de l’arc de triomphe, emménagement très complet incluant de quoi repasser mes chemises ce qui n’est pas commun. Très bon aménagements, propre et fonctionnel.
Se situant au rdc d’un bâtiment hausmannien , on entend les entrées et sorties des habitants. Mais la rue et les environs sont très calmes.

The bed was surprizingly comfortable.
Good to have a Nespresso machine.
Good air conditioning but quite loud.
The shower door doesn't seal fully so some leakage.
Only one mug.

Location is very nice, in a very good neighborhood of Paris. The host was very friendly and responsive. We liked the apartment which had good facilities and was clean.
Nothing much really. Instructions of how to enter the apartment missed a small detail, but will have been improved by the time you read this. In the apartment you can sometimes hear sounds from neighbours, but that's probably the case in most apartments in Paris. Noise from the street is almost absent in any case.

I liked the location and the room in general.
I’m very disappointed because I paid €70 for room cleaning, but the room was never cleaned during my entire stay. I contacted the owner, who gave me a phone number to follow up with. After waiting two months for a response, I still haven’t received the promised refund. They initially told me that the payment depended on their accountant and asked me to wait, but after two months, they’ve stopped responding altogether. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t appreciate being treated like a fool.
