Very disappointing experience – I would not recommend this aparthotel. I paid more than €2,200 for an 11-night stay, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our apartment was located at the back of the property, facing the street, and the noise at night was absolutely unbearable. There were people coming out of the nearby nightclub, shouting and making noise late into the night. My children and I were unable to sleep properly, and we even spent an entire night awake because of the noise. I asked the staff if it was possible to move us to another apartment or room, especially considering that I was travelling with a child with a disability. Unfortunately, my request was simply refused, with no real effort to find a solution or help us. What shocked me even more was discovering that air conditioning was not included and that we had to pay an additional €10 per day to use it. In a country where temperatures can be extremely high in summer, I find this unacceptable, especially after paying more than €2,200 for the stay. I have travelled to many places and have never experienced anything like this. Despite the sleepless night, the excessive noise and the inconvenience we experienced, no commercial gesture or compensation was offered. For the amount of money we paid, I expected a much better level of service, comfort and consideration for guests. I left extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way the situation was handled. I would definitely not stay here again.

Perfect apartment for holiday.

Apartment was big enough for four adults. It has two balconies what were comfortable to have breakfast. The boy in reception was very friendly. He gave us all information about to travel around. No kettle in the kitchen but it is was not a big problem to us. We used pot . Very good location, the beach it was only 7 minutes to walk. Around many places to eat. Mercadona only a few steps from apartment. Beds comfortable.

Gute Lage. Freundliches Personal.
