6 good rooms w/ ensuite bathrooms for each, proximity to metro subway (60 m), free & safe parking. All necessary facilities in place.
For us (6 solo travellers) all was great. Perhaps for double occupation of the rooms, the beds are a bit small.

Excellent stay in a very large house. We loved that all bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, all very well-maintained and super clean. The roof terrace was excellent for the hot summer evenings, and the kitchen was fantastically equipped: we did some very extensive cooking and literally every utensil we could think of was there. The walls and floors were thick, so very quiet with a large group (including a family with a small child) as well.
The location is in a quiet street, one minute away from a small shop for last-minute groceries, a friterie, and the metro that takes you directly into Lille city centre. It was also within walking distance of bakeries, restaurants, and the town centre of Roubaix. Street parking was free, safe, and widely available.
We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!

les chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, la deco et le calme
sur 5 chambres, 2 n’avaient pas d’eau chaude et visiblement c’était deja le cas pour les locataires avant nous qui l’avait aussi signalé. Le logement ayant été choisi pour ces salles de bains privatives cela était un gros point négatif.
la table de salle a manger trop petite pour la capacité du logement
