Breakfast was great, coffee was good, staff was excellent.
Room was too cold when we got there, but it quickly warmed up once we set the temperature to our liking. I understand a cold room helps with freshness, so we understood.

Comfy beds, room set up & friendly staff.
There was a brief time when a few other guests were somewhat noisy. It did not last more than 15 minutes.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, new mattresses would be a great help. Absolutely no comfort. Breakfast was average. Not really anything I would write home about and not much to choose from.
Your staff was exceptional. Was clean and looked great. I mention Gage who was kind, understanding and he knows his job well. He accommidated us and problem solved a mistake with a third party spelling error which complicated our reservations. A HUGE shout-out to this remarkable young man.
