Casa bonita, aunque antigua. Buena ubicación. Aparcamiento en la misma calle. Cocina equipada.
La atención de la persona responsable un poco mediocre, mandando por WhatsApp unas normas y un contrato a firmar cuando ya se había hecho la reserva a través de Booking (algo que consideramos totalmente innecesario y fuera de lugar). Además de exigir fotos de ambas caras de nuestro DNI vía WhatsApp en lugar de hacerlo a través de un formulario en una plataforma adecuada y segura para el tratamiento de datos personales, siendo la consecuencia de no mandarlo, el no recibir las claves de acceso al apartamento, aún estando reservado y pagado con más de un mes de antelación. Entendemos que necesitan ciertos datos para presentar ante las autoridades competentes, pero creemos que la recogida de esta información podría hacerse a través de otros medios más seguros que garanticen el correcto tratamiento de los datos personales de los huéspedes.
Muy estrictos con el horario de salida (a las 11h), llegando a incluir en las normas fuera de Booking el cobro de otra noche, para asegurarse de que esto se cumple, la persona responsable está allí antes de las 11:10h. A esa hora ya habíamos abandonado el alojamiento y nos quedaba tirar la basura, algo que también es obligatorio según sus normas, siendo un poco complicado puesto que no hay contenedores en las proximidades inmediatas del alojamiento, teniendo que cargar con las bolsas de basura más el equipaje.
Horario de la piscina muy limitado, entrando el personal a limpiar la piscina en hora de uso y sin previo aviso.
Piscina compartida con otros huéspedes, pensábamos que era privada pero no se avisa de esto en ningún sitio.
Al hacerse de noche, muy poca luz en el apartamento. Las bombillas desprenden una luz muy muy tenue, siendo insuficiente para cocinar y demás tareas.
Baño y ducha un poco estrechos, pero correctos.
Algún que otro insecto (hormigas, arañas...)
Normas muy estrictas por parte de los responsables y normas que no aparecen en ningún sitio en Booking. Tratamiento incorrecto y poco seguro de datos personales.
