The property is conveniently located near grocery stores and a short drive to the beach. We were there with our children and our 5 grandchildren for a family reunion. Our grandchildren had plenty of room to play and the home was very kid friendly. Also, traveled with our Yorkie who really enjoyed the fenced backyard. The kitchen and dining area is very large and well equipped for cooking. We loved being able to gather in the kitchen and enjoy home cooked meals. We would definitely rent this property again.

The house was nice. It had plenty of room for the 11 of us to live comfortably and function without being on top of each other. There was a nice big table that allowed for most of us to eat together. The few that couldn't fit around the table had nice seats at the island a few feet away. The location was nice for us as it was only minutes from the beach. The TV's are really nice and the furniture is comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the fooseball table as well.
We had several issues with the house. When we arrived there was water under and on the floor boards in the hallway and bathroom. The carpet runner was also soaking wet. There was a leak from the air conditioning unit. When we pulled back the grate, there was a large silver pan of water that was overflowing and at least 2 inches of water on the floor. It was clear that someone knew about the leaky air conditioner but didn't properly address it. The water cause the floor boards to seperate and a few of us got fiberglass splinters in our feet. So we had to wear shoes throughout the house (which is not very relaxing or comfortable). The yard is big but the grass looks like it hasn't been watered in weeks/months. The neighbors yards are all nice and green. There is also nothing in the back yard to do. Thank goodness we brought cornhole sets. There are 2 small mini golf holes, but there was nothing to use to mini golf with, so it seemed kind of pointless. I would have loved to see a firepit and seating around it. This house honestly felt like it was being fixed up. There were closet doors that were not on the hinges or properly installed, they did not have enough silverware and plateware for large numbers (which is puzzling because the house can hold up to 12 people), leaking air conditioning unit, seperating flooring, shower heads that aren't securly installed, hot/cold indicators put on backwards, drawers that don't open properly, etc. While this could be a really nice property and place to stay, it felt like someone slapped makeup on a pig and charged us top dollar, and that is why we can't give a glowing review.
