We loved the charm of the old building! The room was decorated very modern and it was very clean.

The building and the room were unique.
The city of Hot Springs recently enacted new parking policies. This listing did not specify that parking was not available on the premises, so having to pay for it was unexpected. I understand this is something new, but I would have appreciated this situation clearly specified in the listing instead of being surprised upon arrival. Also, its location next to the parking garage made for a noisy evening. I did appreciate the supplied noise machine, it definitely helped.

Location was great, everything was in walking distance. Our room was clean and very and accommodating. The room was looked exactly liked the phots.
Our only dislike was the outside noises and the street construction. I realized this is out of your control, therefore not a critique against you.

Convenient but very noisy.
It was very noisy. We considered leaving and going somewhere else that was not so noisy. At 2 in the morning.
