Super clean, cute and functional decor, very short walking distance to main attractions so we didn’t have to deal with driving and parking, one minute walk to Buckhouse Bath, 2 minute walk to NPS visitor center at Fordyce Bathhouse (don’t miss their free daily tours at 10:30 and 2), loved that they provided local coffee, loved that there was a cold water dispenser to refill our bottles, loved having the ice dispenser for my little ice chest for the long drive home, excellent water pressure and quality toiletries provided, loved that they had great books and games for guests, Perfect place to stay!
Loved everything! Only issue we had, and this is not their fault, and this is a problem everywhere we stay lately - other guests that smoke or vape weed in their rooms. The door to our room was solid and sealed at the bottom but it still spreads to the hallway and other rooms. Why do people accept that they can’t smoke cigarettes indoors but think it’s ok to smoke or vape weed? So easy to walk a few steps outside to the beautiful outdoor patio area. Maybe no smoking signs or fines would help people not be inconsiderate jerks

We started off with our air conditioner breaking so they moved us to another beautiful room and they said we would keep the same door code…Well we went to the Ohio club got back about 11:30 and the code to the front door did not work and we couldn’t get in ( and my phone was dead)so I knocked on the front door for 20 minutes until a very angry man in 1 of the rooms came and opened the door so we could get in. I got in touch with booking.com and someone called me and apologized for the in-convenience. The location is the absolute best… cost $20 a day to stay in the parking lot that is right next to The Exchange.

Close to downtown
Parking garage closed, parking lot parking was $8/hr. Had to park down the street in a sketchy area. Hair clippings on the bathroom sink…
