About this cottage rental
A superb bungalow in a quiet village location only 10 minutes’ drive to the coast. Ideal for couples and families to enjoy.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Aga, American Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed
Bathroom: Roll Top Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The Aga is available from Oct-April, £100 per week, paid directly to the owner.. Built in the grounds of the former railway yard this lovely spacious bungalow offers superb quality accommodation for couples and a family, a key feature is the extension in the living room, which has a piano for our musically talented guests. The Aga is only available from October through to April, at an additional charge of £100 per week (arranged with owner). There is a private garden with a large patio to sit out on or for alfresco dining in the summer. Located just 10 minutes from the east coast and its sandy beaches can really make for a good day. Nearby Alford just 3 miles away has a regular weekly market on tuesdays and fridays, a historic market town with a 17th century Manor House, a church that dates back to the 14th century and a 5-sailed windmill! The traditional seaside resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea as well as Fantasy Island and Butlins are all within a 30 minute drive, as is the Georgian Market Town of Louth - the gateway to The Lincolnshire Wolds, which holds its own array of magnificent shops, restaurants and regular markets which are a real treat, well worth a visit! Good walks and cycle routes await you from the door with The National Trust venue at Gunby Hall just a 10-minute drive away.

Wow, such a lovely place to stay !! We were warmly welcomed by our friendly host, Carol for our break away ! What a beautiful place with everything you could possibly need, well catered for and very private and peaceful. So much right on the doorstep from the coastal resorts, to the historic market towns of Louth, Horncastle and Alford and the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds ! Here we enjoyed a couple of scenic walks and some interesting cycle routes ! All in all it felt like a home from home and what more could anyone ask than that ? We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend a visit !

Had a fantastic stay at this well appointed spacious detached bungalow situated in a quiet location of a picturesque village. Was very pleased to receive a welcome pack upon arrival, very friendly owner. Only criticism is that it's very easy to miss the turn from the main road into the driveway. Highly recommend this accommodation.

What a fab and relaxing stay at The Sidings, it really felt like a home away from home. Lots of things to do locally and it was nice to be in the situated in countryside with great walks several beaches nearby. We are already planning on booking another stay!
