It was in KLCC center
1/no housekeeping—- even after I stayed for 10days .I requested for housekeeping after 3days of stay they replied it’s chargeable for RM 50/- each time.
I booked & pd for 11days but I chkd out after 10days and requested for 1nite refund or 50% cash refunds nothing was permitted.
The tub was blocked.even though I didn’t use it.
Last of all-I have still not recvd my deposit amount RM300/- it’s been 15days .
Hoping Booking.com intervene and resolve to get my deposit amount credited to my bank.
