If there was a higher number than 10, this property would earn it: they thought of everything. Huge terrace. Great view of the sea and city and Mt. Etna. Pristine. Dario is an outstanding property manager and seems highly respected when we mention his name for a driver Mt. Etna tour, for example (also included arranging drivers to and from airport, texting with additional suggestions and reminders). Plenty of kitchen cooking tools, plates, glasses (wine and standard) and flatware. Food shops, a market, restaurants and other attractions are easy walking distance (some even next door). Beds very comfortable. Clothes detergent, clothes line and clothes pins all available (excellent laundry space that includes a small sink to hand wash items as well). There is a light sound of traffic 5 stories down that has no impact on sleeping. Disposing garbage was very easy—directly next door to apartment. There were garbage containers for organic material, plastic, glass…

The property was modern very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had lots of extra touches including toiletries, breakfast provisions, and wine. The apartment was in a great location close to railway station and bus station and walkable to centre. Had an amazing view from balcony and there was a lift. The host was exceptional and provided lots of information about the area and always responded to queries
There was nothing not to like about the property however due to its central location there is traffic noise but we knew that when we booked.
